Tracking

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your item ships.  
To track your shipment, just simply click here or the USPS icon on the left.  
If you cannot find your tracking number, please email support@customerserviceparts.com  PLEASE DO NOT CALL because there is no voice mail for this.  If you have lost or never received your tracking number then email us and we will respond to you with an update within 24 hours. We offer discounted parts and in an effort to keep our prices low we do all status updates by email. To better serve you all customer service and status on your order is done by email only: support@customerserviceparts.com. Do not leave a voice mail for this because it is not monitored. WE DO NOT HAVE PHONE TRACKING: we do not have the staff for this so all tracking requests must be made by email only.  We do not have the staff to answer calls on tracking numbers - sorry no exceptions. We use delivery confirmation numbers for the United States Post Office and not all delivery confirmations track right away. In some cases they do not track and will only be scanned once they are delivered. In most cases they are scanned through the postal system at some point. Please do not call the sales department for an update because they do not have any information on shipping and are not in the same building as the shipping department.Thank you.  

Shipping
Part orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days depending on inventory availability and the time of year. Parts for discontinued models can take longer due to availability.Our goal is to provide very fast shipping but some orders do take longer. Special orders can take up to 30 days to ship or longer. Please ask your parts technician about this when placing a special order. If we place an order for you from China this can take as long as 90 days to receive.

We are not responsible for any lost or shipping damage caused by any shipping company. Shipping damage rarely occurs and we will be glad to assist you in filing a claim for damage with the shipping company and since we have no control over the order once it leaves our facility. No liablitly is accepted on behalf of Roketaparts.com once it leaves our warehouse.

Return Policy
Please email support@customerserviceparts.com for a RMA # and the correct return address. DO NOT SEND BACK AN ITEM TO THE ADDRESS ON THE LABEL or IT COULD BE LOST. We ship from many different warehouses but we only have one return warehouse and any return not sent to the return warehouse with a RMA number will be refused. Your order must be returned within 10 days from the date received to be eligible for a refund. If we receive a return after the 10 days we will give you an in store credit which you can apply to any purchase within the proceeding 12 months. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for any return shipping cost and we do not refund our actual shipping cost on any order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS, ENGINES, RIMS, WHEELS, GEARBOXS, TRANSMISSION, CARBURETORS, USED PARTS, OUT OF BOX OR FLOOR SAMPLES OR " TAKE OFF " PARTS, HIGH PERFORMANCE PARTS, BIG BORE KITS, OR ANY PART THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED ON YOUR UNIT, and the RETURN MUST BE IN LIKE NEW CONDITION FOR ANY RETURN - SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS HERE. Any return item must be in the original condition. Your refund will be processed once we receive the item back and it has been inspected and this usually takes about 7-10 days. This return policy is in accordance with this industry accepted standards. If you ordered the wrong part then email customer service pictures ( support@customerserviceparts.com )  of your old part and the one you received so they can help you locate the correct part you need for exchange. We have been dealing with discontinued models and models with no part numbers for many years so we do not mind helping you locate the parts you need.

Restocking Fee
There is a 25% restocking fee for all orders and we do not refund our actual shipping costs. The restocking fee for special orders is 50% of the order price + all associated shipping costs. Thank you for your business.

Cancellation of Order

You must send written ( email ) notice that you want to cancel within the first 24 hours if we have not shipped the order. After the first 24 hours there is a $10.00 cancellation fee because we use supply chain logistics to maintain inventory and when you place an order we adjust our inventory purchasing status.Any cancellation of an order after 45 days we cannot refund so we will give you an in store credit only for the full amount that you can use anytime up to 12 months. Send your Cancellation Request to support@customerserviceparts.com. There is no cancellation of the order after it has been shipped . No exceptions.

Parts for Chinese powersports are very difficult to locate and because we have been in this industry for 14 yrs we are willing to search for your part(s) and this would be considered a " Special Order " and these types of order can only be cancelled if the order has not been shipped and only after 30 days and there is a 50% cancellation fee assessed because we spend alot of time looking for your part for you. We will not give up on finding even the most difficult part because we know if we do not find this for you then you will never find it and in many cases we lose money on orders but we will still acquire the part(s) for you. 

Warranty
Parts have a 30 day warranty for factory defects ( electrical parts and high performance parts excluded ).
